Event Recap: SkinCeuticals Elite Trip

At RGI we push the boundaries of event innovation while keeping the attendee experience as our north star, and working with longtime clients like SkinCeuticals allows us to dig into these two pillars of our brand to execute show-stopping events like this year’s Elite Trip. 

Landing in the beautiful Mayan Riviera, this incentive trip rewarded employees for an incredibly well-done job for the 2024 sales season. Team RGI left no detail unchecked, starting with location scouting and venue selection. For this client, we performed a comparison study of two dozen cities, narrowed this down to a top six, and then picked up the comparison process all over again to select the perfect venue from ten different options.

Communication was key in the preparations of this event, beginning with announcing the winners through send-off and departure from the resort. A keen attention to client & attendee preferences allowed us to create a full white-glove experience. All of the winners received specially curated boxes announcing their selection to participate in the trip, as well as personal itineraries of on and off-site excursions made by the RGI. Each itinerary was unique to what the winner wanted to get out of their trip; excursions ranged from relaxing spa days to adventurous dolphin swims, to explorations of the rich culture. Personalization and one-on-one communications treated our clients to a luxury experience.

Everyone’s favorite part of event planning, the onsite event design, is pulled from the natural elements of the event site. Night one’s welcome dinner reflected the rich culture of the Mayan Rivera, featuring bright and beautiful flowers, paired with natural rattan textures by the ocean, with a minimalist sensibility letting nature do the talking. Glittering disco balls paired with leafy palm fronds lit the night for the guests’ closing dinner in the gardens.
